Analysis of Information Technology Application
Promoting Museum Education Reform
Abstract：Since the 18th National Congress, we have actively promoted the overall prosperity of cultural undertakings and the rapid development of cultural industries, and strived to build a strong socialist cultural country. As a part of public cultural institutions, the educational function of museums has become increasingly prominent. Today, with the rapid development of Internet and artificial intelligence, museums digitalize and visualize excellent cultural resources, make use of information media to open and share the historical, cultural, spiritual and technological values of Museum collections, and provide rich and colorful cultural learning products, learning resources and learning channels for the public. In this process, the image of "authoritative" educator in museums will be weakened. Public centered learning behavior will become the inevitable development of museum education in the era of "Internet +". Museums are bound to face the change from "heavy objects" to "heavy people" if they want to play the role of "culture" to "people". In the development and application of information technology, the pace of this change has been accelerated.
