Digital audio-visual technology injects "activator" into museum artifacts
——Take the Qingming Shanghe map as an example
Abstract：Among the millions of cultural relics in the Palace Museum, Zhang Zeduan's "The Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival" in the Song Dynasty is one of the well-known Chinese famous paintings. When the Northern Song Dynasty painter Zhang Zeduan created this work, he must have never thought that this painting will go through the vicissitudes of life and eventually enter Tibet in the Palace Museum to achieve an art legend. Today, the public regards it as a gem. Whenever the Palace Museum exhibits it, it is often old and young, and it is queued overnight, just for a glimpse of its charm.
How can such a fragile art treasure allow more viewers to spend more time watching it, how to explain the audience through digital technology, how to spread it more widely, and how to satisfy the public. The desire to be eager, and to be able to reflect the purpose of "let the cultural relics live", requires modern digital technology to play its role effectively.
